Female Aspiring Leaders – Session 1 on “Self-Leadership”
“In partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and under the World Bank Group’s Mashreq Gender Facility, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Beirut and Mount Lebanon) concluded the first Aspiring Leaders session under the Leaders4Equality (L4E) project in Lebanon on 16 June 2022. In the first session a total 21 female aspiring leaders from leading private sector companies in Lebanon received capacity building session on the topic of “Self-Leadership”. The female aspiring leaders were nominated by their respective companies that are cohort members of the L4E and these include: Malia Group, Tamayyaz, BLC Bank, PharmaMed, Banque Bemo, Holdal Group, Beirut Digital District, Alyafi Group, Fattal Group, and Arab Printing Press.”
