IFC/CCIA-BML 2nd Webinar-Family Friendly Workplace Policies

The World Bank/IFC in Partnership with the Chamber of Beirut organized yesterday the 2nd webinar in 4 part Peer Learning Platform series held under the Mashreq Gender Facility (MGF). The topic of this webinar tackled in Lebanon: A Balance to the Future of Work.

More than 75 representatives of private sector companies attend this webinar that discussed the business benefits of implementing family friendly working policies, including flexible working policies that work for both male and female employees. During the webinar, Lebanese speakers from private businesses highlighted different tools, approaches and best-case practices on how to implement such policies and workplace practices, along with instilling a productive and supportive company culture that fosters trust and flexibility while ensuring productivity.
