Within the Mashreq Gender Facility , the IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, partnered with the Chamber of Beirut and Mount Lebanon to help the private sector create family-friendly workplaces. The signed MoU between the two parties aims to hire, retain, and promote more women into the Lebanese labor force through capacity building long term programs like Peer to Peer Learning Platform, Leaders4Equality, and Care Arabia PLP, including training for executives and knowledge sharing from international experts.
